Free delivery for grocery orders above BDT 500 in Dhaka. Outside Dhaka, shipping charges vary by distance and weight — calculated at checkout.

4Vendor policy

Sellers must provide valid trade license, TIN, and product authenticity documentation. A dedicated onboarding team guides you through the process.

7Intellectual property

The ShadBDShop name, logo, and all marketplace content (except vendor-provided product images) are owned by ShadBDShop Ltd.

10Complaints & disputes

Unresolved complaints may be escalated to the Directorate of National Consumer Rights Protection (DNCRP), Bangladesh.
