1What can be returned

Damaged, expired, incorrect, or missing items can be returned within 24 hours of delivery. Perishable groceries are refunded or replaced on the same day.

4How to request

Open the order → "Return or refund". Upload a photo of the issue and choose refund or replacement. A support agent will confirm within 2 hours.

7Refund timelines

• COD — refunded to the mobile banking number of your choice within 2 working days.
• Card — refunded to the original card in 5–7 working days.
• Mobile banking — refunded to the same account in 1–2 working days.

10Non-returnable items

Opened cosmetics, perishable items consumed beyond 24 hours, and prescription medicines dispensed as per prescription.
